Bonus Program
IKURA Bonuses are virtual means of payment that can only be spent on the IKURA website. Bonuses are credited to each registered customer with each order. Bonuses can be accumulated and spent on subsequent orders.

How to save up
- Each client, upon registration, opens a bonus account and is assigned a rank.
- The bonus account is linked to your phone number. You can check it in your personal account on the IKURA website or in the mobile app.
- Rank is calculated based on the total value of your orders for all time. New customers are assigned 1 rank.
- Bonuses are awarded according to the rank and rules of the bonus system. The higher the rank, the more bonuses are awarded.
- Accrual occurs only after payment and delivery of the order.
How to spend
- Bonuses can only be used when placing an order on the IKURA website or mobile app.
- Bonuses can pay up to 50% of the order price.
- Bonuses cannot be used if a promo code is used in the order.
- If you have used bonuses, the promo code cannot be applied.
What bonuses do not apply to
- Bonuses are not awarded on promotional meals that are listed in the "Promotions" section of the IKURA website, combo sets, as well as supplements and drinks
- When using promotional codes, bonuses are not awarded
- Bonuses cannot be used to pay the cost of delivery
- Bonuses are not exchangeable for cash
- IKURA Restaurant reserves the right to unilaterally change the bonus system
- Notification of changes is made through the publication of a new version of the Rules on this page
- The current version of the Bonus System Rules is always on the IKURA website
